My elderly mum recently built with Dale Alcock. They could not have been more helpful and professional and made the whole process very easy and mum ended up with a home she absolutely loves and that is so perfect for her. From great ideas that only involved small changes to the original plans initially but which resulted in better design, flow and feel of the home; to wonderful advice and support at the prestart stage with the finished product coming together perfectly. We’re looking to build our dream home and, admittedly, we’ve been quite particular by wanting every detail to meet our standards. Clara has gone above and beyond at every stage and is truly deserving of the title Dream Home Consultant. I met with Chris Hedley, from Dale Alcock, after meeting with 4 other building companies. I nearly cancelled my appointment after being left disheartened and frustrated by the other companies. I’m glad I didn’t, Chris was professional, personal and supportive of my future home. He listened to me, provided lots of options and always followed up with what he said. Chris provided me with constant updates and seemed as excited as me to see my new home come to life. I knew how lucky I was when Chris met me one evening to do my handover, after I had been away all day for work. My family and friends have commented on my beautiful home and even my tradie dad is impressed with Chris. I am forever grateful I kept that appointment with Chris, and know how lucky I am to have had him as my new home consultant. Very impressed with the build so far, very clean, never any rubbish left on site. The workmanship is second to none. You only have to look at other builds on the same road to understand. The dale alcock and ABN team have been very helpful and always checking in to see if we are happy with the progression etc. Every week there is progress. Great work.

We have been interested in a new estate with very particular design and building requirements. Brian Macauley has shown endless patience for our never-ending questions and the need to remain within our budget. He has been available whenever suited us, sometimes I fear being late for dinner at home because we had yet more questions and ideas to run past him. He has been professional and honest with us while working tirelessly to bring our dream to life. We are just starting this process, but Brian’s no nonsense, transparent approach has cleared these murky waters for us. If this is an indicator of the experience of building with Dale Alcock, then I don’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks. Really looking forward to the next steps.

This is the second home we have built with Dale and we were so thrilled to find the very high standards of the company were unchanged years down the track. Our second home build was handled smoothly and professionally. Nothing was ever to much trouble and we felt we could contact Dale’s friendly team at any time if we had a query. The whole building process was completely stress-free and the finished result just perfect. The 12-month check was very efficient with very few things needing attention.
